But basically this site it to update our friends and family in California about our lives and what were up to in Colorado.

We got married on June 30, 2007 in Yorba Linda, California and moved 2 weeks later to Colorado. We both grew up in Orange County and decided we wanted to try a different lifestyle. We now live in beautiful Castle Pines. We are about 15 minutes South of Denver and about 30 minutes North of Colorado Springs.

Travis works for a company called Church Development Fund, which focuses on the financial growth of churches and its members. He works on the Loan Servicing side of CDF, where he handles any incoming and outgoing funds from loans. We were blessed that CDF let Travis transfer from the Irvine office in California out to the Colorado Springs office.

Nina is a Learning Specialist at Buffalo Ridge Elementary in Douglas County. It’s her first year teaching and so far it has been a great experience. She Works with amazing third and fourth graders who she sees for some of their special needs. She is also a full time grad student at Colorado University at Denver.

We both have the privilege of working with the youth group at our church, Community Baptist in Franktown. The kids are so much fun and make us laugh a ton. We also love the state we live in and have enjoyed its natural beauty. We’ve been fortunate to have made wonderful friends out here and are blessed to be able to visit our friends and family in California often.
