I didn’t take too much time taking these but as least you can get an idea of where we are living. I’m sure when our couch arrives we will post some more photos.

We moved to Castle Rock, CO. Nina and I have been searching for jobs in Colorado and just a few weeks before the wedding, Nina was offered a position at Chaparral High School in Parker, CO. She will be working as a special education aide starting on August 13. So we got married; returned for 2 weeks and stayed with our good friends, Nate and Jessica. What fun it was to stay at the Carlson’s! WE LOVE THEM!

During those 2 weeks we took the time to get all packed up. We decided to pack all our stuff in ReloCubes (which are very similar to PODs) and had it shipped out to a facility in Denver. We then got in the car and took off through the Rockies. Our stuff arrived a day after we arrived and packed it all in a U-Haul and moved it from Denver to our apartment in Castle Rock. Thanks Laura (and Eric) for all your help settling into our new place!

From rock climbing to flying in float planes, Alaska was breathtaking! We got to see bears eating off the outside grill where we just had our fresh salmon grilled, whales messing around along the waters of our ship, and glaciers that extended for miles. If you haven’t gone, go!
